UTM Teaching champion program (UTM TorCh) is a training program to develop teaching and learning champion. It covers 4 modules which have been developed to build inspiring educators at UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA.

Selection Process
UTM TORCH PROGRAM USES CRITERIA TO SELECT BOTH MENTOR AND PARTICIPANTS
UTM TorCh Committee has selected the participation in the program based on several criteria (not limited to) such as the followings:
- Candidate/Winner of Anugerah Pengajaran CitraKarisma
- Won an award related to Teaching and
- Learning at National or International Level
- Winner of NALI Award
- Winner of NALI Gold Medal
- Obtained full marks in Bonus e-Content
- Leaders of Future Ready Educators Group
- Average ePPP score
- Other criteria that deems necessary to reflect exemplary teaching and learning
